First: Happy New Year, whoever you are.

Almost 2 weeks ago I was out in the market & talking to another vendor. She's a photographer, & she told me about another site where I could put up my images, have prints made, etc. From what I've seen so far it looks to be more business-oriented than DeviantArt. For me, that's perfect. The woman also said that of all the online sites she's looked at, MyPhotoAlbum (MPA) has the best user agreement in terms of how much control one has over one's own images. I don't know since I haven't read the agreement yet, but considering the things said about DA's user agreement (basically allowing DA to use your images any way it likes without asking you for permission first), it's gotta be an improvement.

What I do know is that, unlike DA, MPA lets you disable the right-click option. That's more protection against ripping than what you get here! So far, it's looking good. If I like it, I will move all of my work there & shut down this account, plus my other biz account in DA. I'll keep the personal one, even though I don't use it that much these days.

In other news: My allergies are killing me. $&(#ed cedar trees & dust...
